My name is Deborah Kieffer and I have lived in the Stroudsburg Pennsylvania area since 1985. I have worked in the Real Estate industry since 1986 starting out as a receptionist and becoming more involved as the years went by becoming licensed in 2001. I have worked in the capacity as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Transaction Coordinator and Operations Manager focusing on the needs of Office Staff and licensed Realtors. I have over 20 years of REO and Foreclosure experience handling 40-50 homes at one time during the height of the foreclosure market. I handled all aspects from acquiring these properties into inventory as well as scheduling repairs, billing etc. and being the liaison with the Community Associations, utility companies and whomever or whatever it took to bring the property to the closing table..
