Hi, my name is Katrina! 

I have been in and out of the real estate business for over 6 years. I am a co owner of a home rehab business with my mother, which is where my passion for real estate started. I have been taking classes pertaining to homes, architecture, and real estate since high school. I have been to multiple real estate conferences across the country, working on the art of buying and selling real estate. I have also been in the service/hospitality industry for 10 years. This has helped me hone my skills of understanding people and taking the little hints in life. I am here to help you, if I don't know the answer I will find it for you. I want to make the process of buying, renting, or selling as seamless as possible for you. I got married in October of 2021 and immediately closed on our first home for my growing family. I know first hand the hardships of our current market and I want nothing more than to help you navigate it with ease.
