Margaret Knipe, better known as Dee, has been a resident in the Tobyhanna area for over 11 years. She's a native of the Palisades area in New Jersey directly across from New York City. She has one adult son who currently resides in that area.

In her early career she worked for CBS Inc., Ladies' Home Journal, a retired Publicity Director of the NBA, as an Executive Assistant. Margaret went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology graduating Summa Cum Laude receiving their Psychology Award senior year and participated in many college activities and clubs.

Dee has an extensive amount of experience in retail having worked years for a company who specialized in Southwest Design Jewelry and handmade furnishings helping with the design of some southwest style furniture pieces.

Dee worked as a real estate secretary for an attorney in New Jersey assisting in all aspects of the real estate transaction from contract to closing and assisted with some clerical duties during his term as Attorney for the Town of West New York, NJ.

She has owned her own small bar in NJ which is located in the same area she grew up in for 15 years. Her vast experience serving the public has helped her develop acute listening skills and an ability to innately know what her customer wants and needs and how to get them to where they want or need to be.

Most importantly, she's been a Realtor serving the Pocono Mountain area for almost 9 years and is familiar with the concerns of that area. She enjoys working with Sellers who want to sell or rent their home, buyers who want to own rather than rent or buyers who want investment properties, and renters who are not ready to purchase. She is reliable, diligent, and easily accessible for all your real estate needs.
