Property Description

BRIER CREST WOODS! An appealing opportunity for a vacation retreat, full-time residence, or short-term rental investment. This versatile 7-bedroom, 2-bath home offers multiple living areas, two kitchens, and flexible space for hosting guests and entertaining. The property currently holds a valid short-term rental permit from Tunkhannock Township for seven bedrooms. A new owner must apply for a new permit; buyers should verify township and community requirements. Major updates include a NEW ROOF installed in September 2026, a NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM installed in November 2020, a hot water tank installed in 2022, updated kitchen with new granite countertops and two recently renovated rooms with new flooring and sheetrock. TWO KITCHENS, TWO FIREPLACES, two dining areas, and a fully finished lower level provide room to gather, relax, and enjoy. A Jacuzzi tub, wraparound deck, and OUTDOOR HOT TUB add to the home's appeal as a year-round getaway. The property also includes a one-car garage and a game room converted from the former second garage bay, offering additional recreation space and the potential to restore the second garage bay if desired. Seven bedrooms, inviting recreation spaces, and major recent improvements make this a compelling option for buyers seeking a Pocono home with short-term rental potential. While major improvements have been completed, some flooring and outdoor areas would benefit from updating, offering an opportunity to personalize the home and add value.
